Mr Robot fumador

What’s your favourite vitola? I would have to say the robusto is right up there and this is a damn fine example!

Since the origins of this cigar are undisclosed I have to take a random guess that this is a Habano wrapper. It has a rich smell from fresh a “cuban” type taste once lit and quite a bit of pepper spice right off the bat.

This spicy pepper flavour pretty fades completely by the second third. The smoke is a little powdery with wooded flavours now dominating.

Not a huge amount changes till the final third where everything changes! Salt, leather, mild tobacco, sourdough and roasted chestnuts. Wow there really is a lot going on.

Smoke is now a little chalky with flavour and strength about medium at most.

This cigar was well made and enjoyable overall, but not complex enough for my liking. Yes there were a lot of different flavours for the last third but they didn’t really didn’t complement too well. Still not bad considering.
