I’m becoming to like this brand. Dark oily wrapper with minimal veins. Little spots and the cap is slightly lifting up but nothing that degrades quality. I like cigars to be as perfect as possible while still showing that it has been made by hand.
The smell from fresh is of sweet pastry. Very firm pack throughout with no soft spots.
Draw was a little tight for the first third, flavours were of wood and white pepper.
From the second third there was a distinct taste of coffee and leather. The coffee subsided but stayed in the background as leather moved to a very earthy end.
Very enjoyable cigar as the flavours really transformed throughout.
