Punch Diablo

This is one good-looking cigar with an amazing smell of dark chocolate and cherries.

It’s hard not to admire this dark and toothy Ecuadoran Sumatra Oscuro wrapper. What’s under the hood is a blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran Habano ligero leaves, bound by a bold Connecticut Broadleaf binder.

This cigar tastes just like it looks, with flavours of dark, rich, aged tobacco and dark chocolate right from the start.

Smoke output is ample, with the taste of leather and white pepper coming through. With every draw, this cigar seems to get stronger and stronger. No wonder it’s called “Punch”; it’s going to knock me out cold soon!

If you like bold, flavoursome, and strong cigars, then this is for you. The dark and rich flavours complement well, especially with the slightly sweet but bitter dark chocolate in the mix.

Very enjoyable.
