This cigar comes out swinging, delivering a generous dose of spice from the very first draw.

The construction is exceptionally firm—perhaps even slightly overpacked—but it initially provides a good draw and plenty of smoke output.
Early on, I pick up subtle preserved fruit notes layered over a foundation of aged tobacco and black pepper. There’s also a pleasant savoury quality running through the profile that adds some depth.
As the cigar progresses, the draw begins to tighten, bringing with it a slight sourness that detracts from the experience. The restricted airflow becomes mildly frustrating for a stretch and noticeably reduces smoke production.
Fortunately, the draw eventually opens back up and the cigar settles back into form.
The first half is largely defined by sweetness, aged tobacco, and a lingering pepper spice. While the cigar remains smooth and enjoyable throughout, the flavour profile feels somewhat linear, lacking the complexity and evolution that would have elevated it further.
Even so, it’s an enjoyable smoke with enough positive qualities to make it a worthwhile experience.
