This will be the last cigar I smoke before the birth of my second child. We’re incredibly close now, and not even the comfort of a good cigar can help me relax. It’s go time.

Aganorsa is an outstanding cigar company and has produced many of my personal favourites over the years, so I was looking forward to this one.
Unfortunately, this particular example is giving me a few problems. The burn is quite tight and requires more effort than it should to keep it lit. I’m hoping things improve as the cigar progresses.
There are some enjoyable flavours peeking through the construction issues. I’m getting notes of caramel and aged tobacco, but the draw remains frustratingly tight, making it difficult to fully appreciate what the cigar has to offer.
What can I say? This cigar delivered some genuinely rewarding moments, but it required a whole lot of work to get there. I suppose that makes it the perfect parenting analogy.
