Aganorsa Supreme Leaf

This is the second iteration of this cigar that I’ve smoked, so let’s go!

This larger format comes in at 6 x 50 and, once again, it’s a real treat.

The closed foot adds an extra layer of complexity when lighting up, giving the lighting a little more intrigue than your typical cigar.

Right from the start, apricot is the dominant note, backed by a healthy dose of white pepper. It’s an unusual combination—smooth, fruity sweetness paired with sharp spice—which probably shouldn’t work on paper, but somehow comes together beautifully in practice.

The draw was slightly tight on this example and required a bit more effort than I’d like to maintain good smoke output, though it never became a major issue.

Unfortunately, I had to call it quits at around the 70-minute mark. It probably had another 20 minutes left in it, but family duty called—my daughter had firmly decided that sleep was not on tonight’s agenda.

A very enjoyable cigar overall, with a unique flavour profile that kept things interesting from start to finish.
