Continuing through The Edge range of Rocky Patel cigars I am yet again impressed by the quality & presentation. Good size, firm pack & oily wrapper.
This is the lightest shade of wrapper in the sampler pack I received and it was a very smooth smoke. This range is impressive regardless if marketed as a “no frills” cigar.
I found the Habano was definitely more relaxed from the get go in comparison to the Corojo which had quite a kick from the start.
Strength & flavour starts as medium but the taste of pepper becomes more prominent as I progress. From the second third we went straight into full strength and flavour, not as peppery as the Corojo but had similar traits with the woody overtones and sweet finish.
Yet again this is a full on smoke, not for beginners but such a treat for the seasoned smoker.
