Ok I’m not playin’ around with this lancero let’s light it up. Straight away you’ll get an odd sort of tangy flavour on your tongue, followed by earth and burnt wood.
I just love the way a lancero smokes, it has an easy draw that produces plenty of cool smoke. Unfortunately I rarely have any luck with this vitola, maybe this is my golden goose.
Coming into the second third I found burnt earth and cedar. There is a kind of a campfire theme going on here, very smoky smoke.
Now the last third really becomes interesting. It starts with a vegetal taste, then cedar, musty earth, white pepper and an overwhelming taste which can be described as off/expired.
I had read that this cigar killed it, but for me unfortunately it was already dead. Next.
