I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly intriguing cigar that left a lasting impression. This cigar’s appearance immediately caught my attention with dark thick smoke emanating from each draw, setting the stage for something exciting.

Upon the first puff, I was greeted by a delightful combination of dried fruit notes that added a subtle sweetness to the overall experience. As I progressed, the taste of mild tobacco emerged, providing a smooth and comforting foundation to the blend.

The journey took an unexpected twist as I detected hints of burnt cedar, which added a unique earthy dimension to the flavour profile. Alongside this, a musty mushroom essence added a touch of complexity making the overall experience even more intriguing. Surprisingly, the taste of beef jerky made an appearance leaving me pleasantly surprised and pleased with the cigar’s adventurous character.

The burn and smoke output of this cigar deserve special mention; as they were both amazing throughout the smoke session. This cigar was tightly packed, providing a nice firm draw that allowed the flavours to develop slowly and consistently. The ash held on admirably for a solid 40 minutes before falling.

One of the most surprising aspects of this cigar was its ability to quietly evolve. While starting off mild, it gradually introduced subtle transitions that kept me engaged and curious about what lay ahead. The varied profile was more than I had initially anticipated, making the smoking experience an enjoyable and rewarding one.

In terms of strength and flavour, this cigar hit the sweet spot for me. It offered a medium body and flavour that leaned towards nearly full strength, ensuring a balanced and satisfying smoke that left a lasting impression.

70 Minutes.
