This cigar has undergone a remarkable 8-year aging process, which strikes me as truly impressive. While I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy cigars aged even longer, such occasions are few and far between.

The initial cold draw offers a mild to lightly resistance and doesn’t present much in terms of distinct flavours.
You can undoubtedly sense the influence of time on this cigar, though it differs from other aged cigars I’ve tried. The flavours are subtle yet layered. Notes of hay and cedar are evident, accompanied by a slightly numbing sensation reminiscent of cloves, with a hint of white pepper in the mix.
The smoke emanating from the foot of the cigar carries a faint hint of chlorine in its aroma, though this doesn’t translate into taste.
While the draw may lean slightly on the lighter side for my preference, the flavours are smooth and refined. It undeniably embodies that unique aged tobacco taste, albeit milder than usual.
This cigar evokes memories of a cigar I once purchased in Vietnam, the Neonlis Nuevo Mundo La Nina, though it’s notably milder. There’s a particular taste shared by both cigars that eludes description.
All in all, this isn’t a bad cigar at all. It could have benefited from a better burn and draw, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
