This cigar certainly catches the eye with its distinctive appearance – the silk foot band and box-pressed shorty shape give it a unique flair. I had high hopes that it would leave a lasting impression.
However, when it came to the draw, it was a surprising letdown. The draw was incredibly light, almost lacking in resistance altogether. Despite this, it produced an impressive amount of smoke.
Unfortunately, the lack of draw resistance seemed to negatively impact the flavour. I struggled to discern much beyond a burnt hay taste, likely due to the excessively hot burn.
Occasionally, hints of cherries and white pepper would briefly emerge, accompanied by a subtle suggestion of muted fruit roll-ups. Yet, these fleeting flavours failed to redeem the overall experience.
Ultimately, this cigar fell short of expectations. It’s safe to say it won’t be missed.
