bucket of chicken

The initial scent carries faint hints of barnyard and hay.

Upon lighting, sweet cedar and hay flavours greet the palate. Despite its easy ignition, it does taste a little dry. This cigar has been in my humidor on 70/70 for six months so it must just be how it is.

While the ash doesn’t hold long, there’s a gentle emergence of citrus sweetness—hints of orange, lemon, maybe lime—more sweet than sour.

The smoke has a creamy texture with a touch of powder on the palate, also offering a pleasant sweetness with just a hint of white pepper.

In the final stretch, sweet charcoal notes come through. Overall, it’s an enjoyable smoke, savoured right down to the nub.
